Hello all my lovely bloggers!
I have been missing from the game for a while due to holidays, visitors and complete lack of creativness! I think I haven't had such a bad spell in ages! I didn't even feel like going into my craft room! But I think it is over now - I have these ideas flashing in my head and I have also put some into reality which I will show in a minute!
I hope you all had lovely holidays and enjoyed your time with family and friends! I had a good time and I would like to say ( a bit late I know) that I do wish you all a healthy, happy and successful most of all very crafty 2012!
So let me show you my desk and my last making and then I will just show you a few photos from my 3 day getaway over the new year!
First up my desk of this morning - nothing exciting but I am showing off my new stuff !Here is a card I am making and my new stamps - they are from Papermania and they are called Urban stamps - lots of stamps in each package - definitly worth the money!
Next up is my brand new paper crimper - love it! My DBF gave me two very nice new crafty tools for Christmas - one is the paper crimper...
and the other is this lovely case full of tools for making jewelry - not that I am going to make a big crafty change but I am using more and more of it on my cards so this will be handy! Right Jo??????
Next up is my usual mess on the left hand side.....
Here is what I created the other day....finally made something - used my new stamps and crimper......
Ok and now a few photos from my short holiday - here is a view from my hotel room - looking over the gardens and the bay....
Here is a picture of the actual bay of Strunjan with the mountains in the background.....
This is me on News Years Eve - all shiny ha, ha....
and another picture from Portorož - the Nice of our seaside.....
So there that is all from me today !
Have a lovely day and enjoy the snooping - I will be round to see you !
Lots of hugs to all of you
Cardarian

thank goodness I came here first. My skype and face to face are open so Jo & I can make arrangements - to make it simple I'm giving Jo free reign to fix the dates direct with you, I have only two restrictions: I can't go until after April, and I prefer to travel outside school holiday times ( ignorant tourists are baaaad, other peoples badly mannered children are woooorse)
ReplyDeletecan't wait,
also I am thinking of having a winch sited over my desk so I can reach over my mounds of crap and get to the stuff at the back, so you may one day be able to 'fly' over my desk....
You'll love the crimper! Your desk looks well loved, as any crafty desk should!!!
ReplyDeleteThe photos of your mini vacation are fabulous. I'm jealous; there is still lots of snow on the ground where I live.

Lp J.
I think a break is a good thing for the mind and soul...great pictures! Lots of wonderful stash and your new card is a beauty...looking good! Thanks for the peek in to your crafty space...Sarah at 6
ReplyDeleteOh wow, looks like your holiday was spent in the most lovely places! And look at you all glam and gorgeous. I have the same new stamp sets, I've made some cards with them too, but not as lovely as the one you've made, perhaps I'll show them soon!
ReplyDeleteLovely holiday photos. Those urban stamps look interesting (might have to investigate) - thanks for the peep at your workspace(Hazel, WOYWW 67) x
ReplyDeleteLooks like a great place for a vacation. Your cards are very cool - as I scrolled through other posts, I see that's your favorite thing and you're very creative with them. Thanks for the visit....
ReplyDeleteYour holiday looks great and so do you. HNY to you too.
ReplyDeleteLove the hearts on your card - does the stamp make them like that or have you cut them into that fringy shape on the side? Whatever, it is a great card.
Thanks for sharing and for commenting on my blog - Hugs, Neet xx
Sorry I'm late, but lovely to see a nice busy desk! Nice Christmas goodies as well, and I love the card you made with the crimper
