WOYWW, Rainbows, a messy desk, more watercoloring and a card!

Hello my dear friends!

I will not say the Arnold Schwarzenegger famous words today ha, ha....but I am happy to be with you again! We are having a very mixed summer - rain and sun all the time! And lots of lovely rainbows....I have photographed them but to be honest the photos never show the beauty of them in nature....

My desk is in a right mess - I am making a card - I will show it when I finish it - and the mess I have managed to build up is just unbelievable - I realized how bad it was when I looked at the photos... huh...

Here are 2 more of my attemps to do water coloring....roses are popular with me at the moment as I see them everywhere.....

And here is a card I made......

So there you see I am trying to do things although my concentration is not on crafting at the moment - I am waiting for other things to get sorted in my life and it is a very loooooong wait!
Have a lovely week and keep up the lovely crafting!
Lots of hugs to all

  4. How pretty! You did well, while your mind was otherwise occupied. Sometimes, getting lost in crafting is just what's needed :) Thanks for your lovely comment, BTW and so sad to have missed you at the WOYWW crop this year. I've said that before, I think but it still rings true....

    Happy WOYWW!

  7. Dolores, what beautiful paintings, they are just so realistic, almost as if you could pick the flowers off the page.

  14. Hi Dolores, you do seem to be having a lot of creative fun, judging by the desk shots. And you are so right, rainbows never photograph as beautifully as they appear in the sky, although yours has come out extremely well. Have a great week, Hugs, Shax #6 xxx

  15. Thanks for popping by my blog earlier this week and sorry it has taken me so long to return the visit! Rainbows and messy desks - what more is there to say! Apart from WOW at the lovely projects you have there. You asked what I was making after practising those crochet stitches - well I finally chose a quite simple bobble stitch and am making a blanket! Just blogged my progress if you are interested in seeing how it is turning out. Love Debbie xXx

  17. Oops. Missed you last week :) I am always amazed at how MUCH stuff you seem to have on your desk :) We had a double rainbow over the fields the other week and it just didn't photo well at all. Such a shame cause it was SO pretty. Ah well. I do love your watercolour too - something I am totally rubbish at :)
Possible be back later today, you never know.... :)

    Happy WOYWW!
