Hello my dear bloggy friends!
Another busy week has passed but luckily a really nice and peaceful one is coming up! We have a few holidays or as the English say bank holidays coming up so I hope to do a lot of crafting! I just have to tough out this week!
Anyways lets get on to the usual Wednesday business! First of all have you noticed the blogger has changed and I don't like it! You just get used to one lay out and here comes another one ! Pooooooooooo!!!!
Why did I say I was a stampacholic??? Well last week I was putting cling film on some of the stamps I bought at Ally Pally and as I was putting them away I realised how much stamps I actually have! I haven't been stamping more then about 3 years and I have accumulated an amazing amount of stamps! I will show you just some of the companies I have been buying from and honestly it worries me! I am not actually sure if it isn't more the thrill of buying then actually using them ! Initially I was all into digi stamps but once I have been aquainted with rubber that was it .....so let me show you a few of my "collections"....
Starting with La Blanche stamps - some of you might know them .....vintage stamps on white silicon - very nice to stamp with........
Hero arts stamps - these are just the ones on Cling foam and clear stamps.....
Next a box of Crafty Individuals, Paperartsy, Stampers anonymous, Viva and Dylusions.....
Next up Papermania, Indigo blu, Lost coast designs and Prima
And here is a mixture of Artemio, Inkadinkado, Penny Black, Cuddly Buddly, LOTV, Magnolia and Lawn Fawn....
And as last some Creative Expressions, Stamp attack, Artistic Outpost......
I will stop now although I haven't shown you all my wooden stamps and some others - I will save that for next time...so am I an addict??? Yes I am and I must do something about it - for now just try NOT to buy any new stamps!
And as last ( although our queen Julia would probably say I should have shown this first) is what is on my workdesk now.....it is a little project I have made - inspired by Mrs. Lin from LB Crafts - now Paperartsy - she did a demo at Ally Pally using, Pan Pastels, Fresco Finish cracle paint, masking tape and other interesting techniques with a lot of stamping ! Here is my take on ( I did do all the techniques) and at the bottom is Lins work - there is of course no comparison ( I didn't have all the material she had and of course maybe just 1% of her knowledge) but I did my best - it was my first ever stamping on material - I have chosen a bit of cotton to stamp the man on and well I am quite happy with my make !
Ok now I am finished.....have a lovely day....enjoy the snoop and I will see you around....I will have more free time in the next days so I will be calling in!
Lots and lots of hugs to all of youCardarian

Wow! you do have a serious silicon and rubber problem but at least you have them all clearly organised. Can't wait to play with your stash! Your tag is fab... it works so well and the colour scheme is super you need more confidence that you are producing quality pieces, 'cos you ARE!ReplyDelete
Can Skype Friday if you are free.
Hugs JoZarty x

You certainly are an addict, but it is worth being one when you can make such lovely cards:)ReplyDelete
Ha! That's a lot of stamps!! I thought I was bad with fabric!! At least you've got them well sorted so you can easily find what you're looking for...ReplyDelete
No problems about sending your cushion to your DBF. If you email me, I will let you know about payment etc!
Hugs, LLJ #33 xx
I like your colours and layout, it is stunning. As for all those stamps - I never thought I would meet someone else with this addiction - I am trying to stop buying them too, but it is sooo hard..........Anne #61ReplyDelete
Wonderful collections for your addiction!! I'd never find what I was needing. LOVE your 2 bottom photo creations, so colorful and unique.ReplyDelete
Have fun relearning blogger, again this AM I am talking to myself trying to find how it works. And where is my SIMPLE stuff.???
Oh am I going to have fun taking a sample of each of yor stamps - I am going to make a journal up ready to do it... I am sure Lin would tell you that she would love to be brave enough to use the colours you chose, both styles are fabulous and that's what I like about crafting - everyone can use the same techniques and stamps and come up with beautiful designs,ReplyDelete
only two months now...
Yes, you are an addict, so what;s the next step on the program, first is always admitting what you've done/are....lol 1 step down, 11 to go! waving hi from the hills of North Carolina :)#139ReplyDelete
Wow-- you have been bitten by the stamping bug! Love your collection... and your projects! Just beautiful!ReplyDelete
Včasih sem kupovala take poceni in take drage in veliko štampiljk, predvsem tistih poceni nekje leži. So res nekvalitetne in zato jih tudi ne uporabljam. Lepo ti je uspel ta izdelek. Lepo se imej čez praznike.ReplyDelete
Wow, so envious of your stamps, you have loads and loads. Just told hubby i need more, lol.ReplyDelete
Thanks for the share, happy WOYWW. xx

ReplyDelete
Čudovit izdelek si naredila. Lp
WOW!!!Stamp heaven... I have the same problem do you think there is a cure!!!! Hugs May x x x No10ReplyDelete
What can I say you are right you have a problem but most of us are in the same postion as you so dont shout it to loud ok. Love your creative works, great layering and love the colours. Thanks for sharing your desk and stamp collection.ReplyDelete
That's a lotta stamps! :) But what a bad time to decide to abstain for a bit...unless you have already purchased the newest releases? Our local Hobby Lobby JUST got new stamps and sets last week! I bought a ridiculous amount, but they were all amazing! I must get me some crafty friends who live nearby...so they can share the expense, right?! ;)ReplyDelete
Super makes, and oh my that's some stamp collection! Take care, am still working my way through the list, doing so in stints and making sure I have snacks to munch! Zo xx 77ReplyDelete
Hi I am Vickie and I too am a Stampaholic! I have so many different stamps that I feel like a hoarder sometimes. Have fun creating next week. Thanks for sharing. Vickie #41ReplyDelete
Fab projects - I just have to get some of those Pan Pastels.ReplyDelete
Yes, I think you are a holic! But then aren't we crafters all in the same club? Not to worry as long as we stick together.
Am finding my way about the new Blogger a bit better now but don't like the fact I can't find a button to click "All" for publishing comments.
Sorry I am so late - you will see why in my next WOYWW posting. Thanks for visiting and for sharing all your stash. Hugs, Neet #3 xx
ps last call for my blog candy - closes tomorrow
Me thinks you are most definately an addict, just like me. LOL As addictions go, this is at least a harmless one.ReplyDelete
