I hope you are warm and safe! I am about to go to the doctor - no not about the cough - it is still there but obviosly at my age you have to check up on other things too! Anyway I am just warning you that this will be rather short and sweet! Well a few more photos but I guess you need them to be able to snoop! Queen Julia will forgive me I hope......hop over there for the fun!
So lets start with my desk....
A right mess as you can see - I was making a card for my mom - she will be 79 on Friday - I think there is everything you could possibly use for a card on there..... I also messed up on this side...
and on the floor.....
Well then I should show you the card I made for my mom.....lots of texture...... I am not sure she will like it - it might be a bit too artsy for her.....
and here is a close up......
and now to finish up a few photos of our lovely winter wonderland......only wonderland on photos in reality hazardland.....my path to the carpark
trees.....
We have a forma viva in front of our faculty door - I thought it looked quite nice in its winter dress....
And the last photo I will bore you with is this romantic evening one.....
Lots of hugs to all of you,
CARDARIAN
Thanks for sharing all the lovely photos. Snow is pretty, but, a lot of work. We are having 40 today and weekend -10 unusual weather, no snow or ice since before Christmas, It has been wonderful to go and not worry about getting back. Happy WOYWW, your mother's card is so pretty, wish her Happy Birthday. #13
ReplyDeleteShe will love the card because you made it!! It is so pretty and feminine and PINK! Gorgeous :)
ReplyDeleteWe have snow scenes like that in the UK as well, not in Burbage yet but it's due on Friday....just as well we're not going far!
But it will (hopefully) be sunny and warm and gorgeous in June for the crop....hooray!!!
Hugs, LLJ 38 xx
I should've thought she'll love that card - quite apart from being beautiful, it's made with such love (just look at all the mess it generated!)... Love the winter wonderland too, thank you for sharing it. We had our usually sprinkling of snow, gone by the next morning - bah! Happy WOYWW!

beautiful card for your Mom. I would bet she will love it! Hope everything went well at the doctors office. Went last Wednesday and was pleased I was 12.5 pounds lighter and blood pressure was better! Wish we had some snow here...I would even take rain. We are already being threatened with water rationing and it is winter! Have a great week. Vickie #43

Beautiful card, and yes, your Mom will love it, YOU made it didn't you!! The snow is lovely to LOOK at, I know how dangerous it can be. Lived in snow country as a kid......long, long, long time ago, but I do remember that part.

ReplyDeleteI know it's extremem and very cold, but your photos are beautiful, specially the romantic one! I think your card is lovely, your Mum will love it whatever, because it's made by you - and if you don't mind me saying, it indicates your generosity of spirit - all those embellishments, so like you to give so much!

Lovely card for your Mom. I agree with the hazardland. Snow is pretty to look at, but not pretty to be out in when you have places to go. Be careful.
ReplyDeleteSorry I am a day late. Fighting the nasty flu.
