WOYWW big 10 years!!!!

My dear WOYWW friends!

These days I am a rare sight at the WOYWW but it is not forgotten for me! Health issues both for me and my partner have taken me away from blogging but I will be back! I am of course back today because it is a very special day! 10 years of WOYWW. It is 10 years of messy desks, tidy desks, snooping on other peoples desks, learning new crafty tricks and making really, really special friendships with crafters from all over the world, UK, EU, USA, Australia and well everywhere! Julia our Queen of deskers - founder of STAMPING GROUND where we all meet - I am sure you never thought this would go so far and beyond! Well done my dear friend! And of course a big THANK YOU!!! This WOYWW has made me the crafty person I am today! And friends that I met through this lovely gathering have taught me a lot! I am forever grateful for this wonderful, wonderful thing called WOYWW.
I will participate in the ATC swap of course and maybe just maybe if health of my partner improves I might be able to join the celebratory party (crop) in Shrewsbury! But if it doesn't , my dear friends my thoughts will be there with you!
Of course there is this usual business of showing our desks - and here is mine in all its messy glory!

I have been frantically making cards - birthday cards, get well cards all sorts and to be honest I just don't have time to tidy up so enjoy the snooping - there is a few new products you can see! More washi tapes from Altenew - why am I still buying washi tapes if I have 2 boxes full of them??!? Can't give you an answer to that...here are a few examples of my latest cards....

That is all from me! HAPPY 10th BIRTHDAY WOYWW!! And love and hugs to all my lovely friends some I have met in person, some I just know from their blog ! You are all my people!

I'm really late as I was forced to go out with friends today to drink coffee and eat scones.... I could hardly say no! but it has made me late getting round. Wishing you a lovely woyww and a happy creative week with hugs, Angela x19X

  6. All your cards are beautiful and the dandelion die is fabulous - I love the way some of the 'stems' can be pulled forward to give it a 3D look.
    Happy 10th anniversary,

  17. The Woyww-list is quite long in this anniversary-week and I want to visit everyone on it, so I am still making my round... sorry I am late. I can totally understand the 'washi addiction'.. I stopped buying them but that wasn't easy to do (it's like trying to quit smoking, ha!) I love the cards! I hope your partner's health will improve and that you have more time to create and go to the crop(I won't be there, unfortunately.. it's too far and expensive to come over...) Have a nice day. Happy late-woyww-anniversary, hug from Holland. Marit #16

  19. Oh my lovely friend, you credit me with far too much. It’s lovely to see you here, but I hate to read that you’re both struggling with poor health. Oh gosh it would be wonderful to see you next weekend but do not put any stress or ridiculous effort into it, it it’s too much, it’s not meant to be and we’ll work something else out. Love to you both. Xxxx
